Update from State Senator Andrew Brenner
Hello from State Senator Andrew Brenner. Currently serving my second term in the Ohio Senate, I am proud to represent the 19th Senate District. During the 136th General Assembly, I will serve as Chair of the Senate Education Committee and as Vice Chair of Senate Government Oversight and Reform and Senate Housing Committees. I am also looking forward to being a member of the
Senate Committees on Finance, Public Utilities, and Rules and Reference. In the coming six months my fellow legislators and I will tackle the biannual Transportation and Operating Budgets for the State of Ohio. Currently, I have introduced five bills in this General Assembly, mostly concerning Education and Housing Policy. Senate Bill 19 with improve academic intervention effort throughout the State of Ohio, and my incoming legislation regarding housing is aimed to alleviate the housing crisis impacting every Ohioan. I am thrilled to pass legislation which will make Holmes County and the 19th Senate District a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
