Classical Ballet- Giselle

Description

Giselle is a beautiful classical ballet presented that is close to 200 years old.  Holmes Center for the Arts dancers will be performing it for the first time this Spring. Giselle is a story set in Germany about a girl named Giselle who loves to dance but has a weak heart.  She falls in love with a Duke, Albrecht.  When she discovers he is already engaged to be married, she dies of a broken heart.  When Albrecht finds himself in trouble, Giselle comes back to life to rescue him.
