The Amsterdam Modular Home Open House

JDM Homes, a division of JDM Structures dedicated to building custom homes that inspire elevated living, will host an open house May 9 and 10 unveiling and showcasing its latest modular model home, the Amsterdam. The event will be held at JDM’s headquarters at 5840 County Road 201, Millersburg, OH 44654 on Fri., May 9 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sat., May 10 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Amsterdam is a beautifully designed 1,531-square-foot ranch with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests will be able to examine the new home firsthand and experience its many amenities, including an open-concept design, spacious master suite, charming front porch, walk-in closet, convenient mudroom, and more. The public is invited to stop by to tour the home, enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries, and learn more about the benefits of modular construction from the JDM team. As a special bonus, visitors who attend the open house and place a modular home under contract before August will receive an exclusive discount.
