Sunset Sound Bath Meditation

Description

This practice of guided meditation & sound meditation led by Colleen Gallick will help you settle into your body, breath and mind by gently bringing you into the expansive subconscious. The frequencies of the seven singing bowls will be layered onto our active practice of meditating with intention which will then lead us into a passive practice of listening and resting.
