Auxano Summit Building Elite Teams

Following the recent Good Stuff Summit, Kevin and Kyle Stark (formerly Assistant GM of the Pittsburgh Pirates) will be hosting a smaller, follow-up experience on May 15 focused on building stronger, more effective teams. This is a half-day, small-group workshop designed for leaders who want to move beyond ideas and begin applying practical principles around trust, communication, accountability, and team performance. They are intentionally keeping the group small, and there are limited spots available. Attached is a brief overview with more details on the experience, format, and investment.
